Sheogorath, Daedric Prince of Madness, from the Elder Scrolls games. Or, more specifically, a depiction of Sheogorath as an absolute baller.

As a disclaimer, young scrolls is not only a talented musician but also a talented visual artist and he makes the cover arts for his own albums. This is in no way an attempt to improve upon his art or anything of the sort, I just really wanted to draw Sheogangsta.
